How to make Black eyed pea salad with step by step :
1.Soak the black-eyed peas in water for 3 hours. Drain and rinse.
2. Add the black-eyed peas and water to the instant pot.
3. Secure the lid, close the pressure valve and cook for 5 minutes at high pressure. Cook till tender but not mushy.
4. Naturally release pressure for 10 minutes, then open the valve to release remaining pressure.
5. Drain and keep aside.
6. In a large mixing bowl, add boiled peas, onions, tomates, chat masala, lemon juice, ginger chili paste and salt.
7. Mix everything well
