At that point, use an electric hand mixer or stand mixer with a whip attachment to beat air into the chocolate ganache.

It may take up to 10 minutes top see changes, but then it will become light and fluffy chocolate ganache frosting!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 tsps Corn flour
  • Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence

Instructions 

  • In a large mixing bowl, add cocoa powder, sugar , corn flour, salt and milk.
  • Mix well with out lumps
  • Take a deep pan, transfer the cocoa mixture and cook on low heat.
  • Stir continuously , make sure it should not burn . cook until little thick. switch off the heat.
  • Now add butter and vanilla essence . Mix well.
  • Now transfer into bowl .
