How to make Egg Fried Rice with Step by Step :
1.Prepare the rice and set aside to cool down completely.
2. Heat oil in a wide pan or kadai. Once the pan has heated up, add finely chopped garlic. Fry the garlic for 1 min
3. Add chopped onion, carrots and capasicum . Saute the veggies (Don’t over cook the veggies).
4. Once that is done, break the eggs and add them to the pan.
5. Let it cook for 4-5 seconds. Then quickly stir till the eggs get scrambled and blend with the veggies.
6. Now add the soya sauce, vinegar , pepper powder and salt.
7. Finally add cooked rice.
8. Mix well to coat the rice with spices and switch off the flame.
9. Garnish with green onion.
10. Serve egg fried rice
