LOW CARB PIZZA CRUST RECIPE WITH ALMOND FLOUR | FATHEAD PIZZA

Ingredients

For the Crust

  • 2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 2 Ounces Cream cheese
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Toppings

  • 3 – 4 tbsp Pizza Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Grated
  • Vegetable Toppings Onion, peppers, olives

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • In large mixing bowl, add almond flour, salt.
  • Add eggs, cream cheese.
  • Add Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  • Mix well.
  • Transfer to parchment paper on large cookie sheet.
  • Place pizza dough on parchment paper and roll out thin.
  • Poke holes in crust with tines of fork.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove pizza crust from oven and turn over so bottom of crust becomes the top. After baking of crust remove parchment paper and transfer the crust into pizza pan.
  • Apply pizza sauce on top.
  • Add grated mozzarella cheese.
  • Add vegetable toppings on top.
  • Return to oven and bake another 10 minutes, until toppings are hot and cheese is melted.
  • Remove pizza from oven and cut into pieces.
  • Healthy keto friendly, gluten free, low carb, pizza is ready to serve.

How to make Almond Pizza with Step by Step :

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
