Ingredients

  • 3 tsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Spring onion White part
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped carrots
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped beans
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped capsicum
  • 1 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
  • 2 Cups Cooked rice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions 

  • Heat 3 tsp oil.
  • Stir fry onion, carrot, beans, and capsicum.
  • Add 1 tbsp of schezwan sauce.
  • Mix well and add 2 cups cooked rice and salt.
  • Mix the rice thoroughly.
  • Garnish with spring onions and serve schezwan fried rice hot.

Notes

You can add vegetables of your choice like cabbage, mushrooms, and Celery.
Do not add additional salt as masala contains salt already.
Add the garlic and onion for a more garlicky flavor.

  1. Heat 3 tsp oil.
