Low carb dosa with out eggs in it. I don’t eat eggs, so I was looking for alternatives. So today making little different crispy dosa. This dosa should be serve immediately other wise it will so hard to eat.
In a mixer jar take paneer cubes and run on low speed until it is soft and crumbled.
Grind to a smooth paste by adding water and salt.
Transfer to a bowl .
Heat a pan on the burner on low flame.
Take a ladle full of batter and pour into pan.
It will spread out once it gets heated.
Add ghee on the sides and wait for 5 minutes minimum before using a dosa turner.
See if the base has become crisp, else wait for a couple of minutes.
Now add grated cheese on top .
Once the cheese is melted , fold the dosa into middle and flip
The other side takes just two or three minutes to cook.
Remove on to a plate and serve hot with chutney.

This dosa will very crispy , so i suggest to serve immediately otherwise it becomes so hard. If you want to soft dosa, so try to avoid cheese and make little thick batter. So it will be like pancake.
