Drumstick Sesame Seeds Curry | Mulakkada Nuvvulu Curry
Drumstick curry is a popular south Indian / Andhra Delicacy. Fresh and mature drumsticks are used for thus preparation. For gravy I have used sesame seeds and rice to get rich gravy and tasty. It is spicy tasty creamy curry.

Preparation
Soak sesame seeds and rice for 1 hrs.
Chop the ends off the mulakkada.
Cut the mulakkada into 2″ pieces.
Method
Grind soaked sesame seeds, rice, red chilies, garlic and salt.
Blend into smooth paste. Keep a side
Heat oil in a pan
Add seasoning mix and fry for a min.
Add hing, turmeric and curry leaves .
Add drumsticks and water. Boil for 10 mins or till the drumstick is well cooked.
Add ground paste to drumsticks and little water. Mix well.
Cook on low flame. Mix continuously otherwise it will burn at bottom.
Cook until desired consistency.
Serve with hot rice .
