Ingredients
1CupQuinoa
2CupsWater
2tbspSliced Onion
2tbspHalved Cherry Tomatoes
1/2CupBoiled Black beans
1/2tspLemon juice
1/2tspApple cider vinegar
2tbspChopped Coriander leaves
1/2tspGarlic powderOptional
1/2tspPepper powder
Salt
Instructions
Add 2 cups water to sauce pan.
Bring quinoa and water to a boil in a saucepan.
Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until quinoa is tender and water has been absorbed, 10 to 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Transfer cooked quinoa to mixing bowl.
Add cooked black beans .
Add sliced onions
Add halved cherry tomatoes.
Add lemon juice.
Add apple cider vinegar.
Add coriander leaves.
Mix well.
Add garlic powder, pepper powder .
Mix well
Serve into bowl
Healthy quinoa is ready to serve

We can any veggies as your like (Cucumber, carrot etc)If don't like apple cider , we can add more lemon juice
