A popular indo chinese dish made by stir-frying the rice with choice of vegetables and schezwan sauce. It is an extension to the fried rice recipe which has an extra ingredient of schezwan sauce. it is popularly served with manchurian sauce and good for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
3tspOil
1tbspSpring onionWhite part
1/2CupChopped carrots
1/2CupChopped beans
1/2CupChopped capsicum
1tbspSchezwan Sauce
2CupsCooked rice
Salt to taste
Instructions
Heat 3 tsp oil.
Stir fry onion, carrot, beans, and capsicum.
Add 1 tbsp of schezwan sauce.
Mix well and add 2 cups cooked rice and salt.
Mix the rice thoroughly.
Garnish with spring onions and serve schezwan fried rice hot.
Notes
You can add vegetables of your choice like cabbage, mushrooms, and Celery. Do not add additional salt as masala contains salt already. Add the garlic and onion for a more garlicky flavor. If you are a spicy lover add freshly pounded black peppercorns along with rice.
