After some seriously delicious recipe testing, I am excited to offer you my fantastically wonderful matcha ice cream. This is the good stuff…full of matcha flavor, without all the extra sugar to distract you.

Ingredients
2tbspmatcha powder
1/2CupMilk
1 3/4CupCream
3/4CupCondensed milk
Instructions
Take 2 tbsp of matcha powder into small bowl.
In sauce pan add milk and warm for 2 mins.
Add this warm milk to matcha powder and mix well.
Add condensed milk and mix well.
Pour cream into big mixing bowl.
Whip on medium speed until stiff peak.
Add prepared matcha mixture to cream. Mix well .
place in freezer for 3 hours.
After 3 hours again whip the cream into smooth batter.
place in freezer for 2 hours.
After 2 hours again whip the cream into smooth batter.
place in freezer for 2 hours.
Ready to serve .

Notes
we can increase or decrease matcha powder as per our taste.In place of condensed milk we can also use sugar or sugar powder
