Masala pav is a yummy and spicy Mumbai street food. The pav or bread rolls are sliced and then stuffed with a spiced buttery onion, tomatoes and capsicum filling.

Ingredients
2Pav / bread
2tspbutter
1onionfinely chopped
1/2capsicumfinely chopped
1large tomatofinely chopped
1/2tspchili powder
1tsppav bhaji masala
salt to taste
1/4cupwater or as required
2tbspcoriander leavesfinely chopped
Instructions
On a tawa or a in a kadai heat butter.
add onions and saute well.
add chopped capsicum and continue to saute.
add finely chopped tomato and fry till they are soft.
create a well to add masalas.
add chilli powder, pav bhaji masala and salt.
also add little water and mash and cook the masala well.
scrape the masala to one side of pan.
add butter on to tawa.
and cut the pav into half.
then toast it for a minute.
turn over and spread generous amount of prepared masala on both the pav.
also spread the masala over the pav and garnish with chopped coriander leabes.
serve masala pav hot with sliced onions and a piece of lemon.
