Ultra Crispy Oven-Baked Potato Wedges ~ This is best the homemade crispy potato wedges you can make. It’s not fried. These are oven-baked potatoes wedges with a crispy exterior and soft interior.
Preheat oven to 450˚F. Wash the potatoes , drain well and thoroughly pat dry with paper towels.
Peel the potato skin completely.(Optional)
chop them to thick wedges cutting each potato to 8 wedges.
Place 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp dried mixed Italian herbs and 1 tbsp paprika into a large mixing bowl. Next, add 1/4 cup of olive oil mix well.
Add potatoes and toss until potatoes are coated.
Line baking sheet with foil. Place potatoes on the lined sheet .
Bake at 450˚F for 20-30 min until the potatoes are cooked through, golden and crispy.
