Egg Chaat
Egg Chaat is an easy to make snack or appetizer which is healthy as well. Boiled egg slices are topped with chutney and spices which gives a burst of flavor.

Ingredients

Boiled eggs

red chili powder
Chopped onion
chopped tomatoes

Green chutney
1/2

Chaat masala

Lemon juice
chopped coriander leaves

Instructions
Boil the eggs until hard boiled.
Now peel them and slice them into 0.5 mm slices.
Arrange the sliced eggs on the serving plate.
Sprinkle salt and red chili powder over them.
Drizzle green chutney on top.
Top with chopped onion and Sprinkle chaat masala
Garnish with fresh coriander and some lemon juice
And finally top with sev and serve immediately.
