coriander bunches

Salt as per taste

cumin seeds

Instructions
wash all the bunches of coriander leaves and get ready for making chutney.
Take a pan on medium heat , add 2 tbsp oil
Add cumin seeds, urad dal, red chilies, garlic, tamarind. Fry on medium heat until golden
Add coriander leaves and salt.
cook on medium heat for 5 - 8 mins
Let it cool completely
Transfer into blender along with jaggery
Now add little water and blend into coarse paste.
Take a pan for seasoning add all the ingredients .
Now transfer chutney into bowl and add seasoning
Serve chutney with hot rice.
