3tspOil
1/4CupPeanuts
2tbspRoasted gram dal / putanalu
1tbspCashew nuts
1tspRaisins
1/4tspTurmeric
1tspRed chilli powder
1/2tspChat masala
Saltto taste
2CupsCorn flakes

Preparation
Today i have done low fat version by doing mircowaving the dried yellow coloured flakes for 2 mins or until crispy. Later i have used these fried flakes in making mixture.
Preparing the Mixture
In a large kadai heat 3 tsp oil
Saute in ¼ cup peanuts on low flame, till it turns golden and keep them aside.
Add 2 tbsp roasted gram dal and saute for 1min and keep them aside.
Saute ¼ cup cashews to golden brown and keep them aside.
Add 2 tbsp raisins and few curry leaves. saute till raisins puff up and curry leaves turn crisp and keep them aside.
Now add 2 cups prepared corn flakes.
Add prepared fried ingredients.
Add ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp chaat masala and salt to taste.
Mix gently without breaking corn flakes.
Saute on low flame and turn off the flame.
Enjoy corn flakes Mixture with hot masala tea or store in airtight container.
Notes
We can also prepared poha by deep frying .We can also adjust the spices as per our taste.
