Valentines day jello hearts
This is my latest berry infused dessert creation. Seems like I can’t get enough of berries, they are just so amazing and good for you.

Ingredients
For Raspberry jello

For White Layer

Instructions
For Raspberries hearts
Pour the 1/4 cup water and 2 cups raspberries into a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally until raspberries have softened.
Use a stick blender to puree the mixture.
Strain the raspberry seeds out if desired.
Pour the 1/4 cup water in saucepan and add 2 tsp agar agar powder. Mix well. cook on medium heat.
Stir in agar agar powder until completely dissolved. Add raspberry juice and mix well.
Add sugar, heat the mixture to a rolling boil and continue to cook the mixture for 2 minutes.
Pour into a baking dish or into silicone molds.
Place it in the fridge for about 30 minutes until firm.
Remove and cut into desired shapes.
For White layer
Pour 4 cups almond milk into sauce pan . Steam the milk.
Add agar agar powder . Mix well until dissolve.
Add sugar and boil for 2 mins. Keep aside.
Pour into a dish and place in the fridge for about 15 mins or until firm.
For Transparent layer
Pour 2 cups water in sauce pan
Add agar agar powder . Mix well until dissolve
Add sugar and boil for 2 mins. Keep aside.
Arrange the Jello
Remove the white layer from fridge and add raspberry hearts on top of white layer.
Pour water mixture on top of hearts.
Place it in the fridge for about 30 minutes until firm.
Cut into cubes .
Serve.
Notes
We can use any type of milk we can. Instead of water also we can also use coconut water too.
