Asparagus Stir Fry-Indian-Vegetarian Recipe
Asparagus are loaded with nutrients. So I tried to make it with Indian masala.

Instructions
Break or cut off the woody ends of the asparagus stalk. Wash it and chop it into small pieces. You can use the tender buds also.
Heat oil in a pan
Add the chopped asparagus and salt needed.
cook covered on low flame for 10 mins. It takes very less time to get cooked. Take care not to over cook.
Just for fry until tender, asparagus should retain crunchiness.
Add red chili powder, curry leaves and sesame seeds spice powder. Mix well.
Once done, switch off the heat.
Serve as a side dish for Sambar rice, rasam rice or curd rice.
