Ingredients
1CupJowar millet/sorughum
1/2CupKodo millet
1/2CupQuinoa
1/2CupUrad dal
Oil
Salt
Water
Instructions
Wash and Soak all the millets and urad dal for 6 - 7 hrs
After soaking the millets and dal. Then drain water and grind to a smooth and foamy batter.
Transfer into bowl and allow the batter overnight for fermentation.
Next day, stir the batter well, add salt and adjust the consistency to spreadable thickness.
Heat tawa until hot
Pour a ladlefull of batter and spread it in circular motion like regular dosa. Drizzle few drops of oil at the sides and centre.
