Ingredients
3tbspOil
2cupsOkra / Bhindichopped
1tspGarlicchopped
1/2cupOnionchopped
1/2tspMustard seeds
1/2tspcumin seeds

Curry leaves
3/4cupTomato puree
Turmeric
1/2cupCurd
1/2tspRed chili powder
1/2tspCoriander powder
1/2tspCumin powder
salt
Instructions
Preparation
Wash bhindi under water well and drain them
Wipe off with a clean kitchen cloth to remove all the moisture
Discard both the ends and chop the bhindi to ¾ pieces
Method
Heat oil in a pan.
Saute bhindi on a medium flame.
Once bhindi is done it should not be sticky
Transfer them to a plate and set aside
In same pan, add cumin ,garlic, mustard seeds ,hing and curry leaves
Add onions and salt
Saute onions until they turn golden
Add tomatoes puree
Add curd, mix well
Stir in turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder
Check the salt and adjust as needed.
Add fried Bhindi
Cook on low heat until bhindi turns slightly tender and the aroma comes out.
