Eggless Moist Chocolate Cake is a light, moist and delicious cake. I always love cakes with eggs but this time, I couldn’t tell that this is actually eggless.

FOR CHOCOLATE CAKE:

condensed milk / milkmaid

unsalted butter
at room temperature
1 1/2

maida / plain flour / all purpose flour

unsweetened cocoa powder

baking soda

tsp
baking powder

Salt

Vinegar

tsp
vanilla extract

cup
warm milk
add as required
Chocolate frosting :

oz
semi-sweet chocolate or dark chocolate

oz
heavy whipping cream
Instructions
CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE:
In a large mixing bowl take condensed milk and butter.
Beat in one direction till the mixture turns smooth and fluffy.
sieve, maida, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt, fold gently.
Add vinegar, vanilla extract and warm milk.
mix gently to attain smooth dropping consistency.
Transfer the cake batter to a cake mold.
Bake the cake at 180 degree Celsius for 25 minutes.
cool down the cake completely.
CHOCOLATE FROSTING RECIPE:
Heat cream until just steaming and pour over chocolate. Let sit 5 minutes then whisk until smooth.
Reserve some for topping .
Remaining beat till the mixture turns smooth and spreadable.
DECORATING CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE:
Level the cake on top
Sprinkle some sugar water to make cake more moist.
spread the generous amount of prepared chocolate frosting.
Finally drip the reserve chocolate sauce with pipping bag or Ziploc.
Decorate with sugar pearls.
cut the cake to desired shape and serve.
