Rice Flour

Ajwain
salt to taste

Chili powder

Yogurt

Hot oil
Water as needed
Oil
for deep fry
Instructions
Take a bowl, add rice flour, ajwain, salt, yogurt, red chili powder and mix nicely.
Add little water and hot oil to the same pan and mix nicely to make soft dough.
Apply oil to Janthikalu press and add prepared rice flour dough.
press mould in hot oil and deep fry until it is crispy.
At last, transfer into paper towel and serve it.
Notes
Deep fry in medium heat, it will be more crispy
We can also add sesame seeds in dough.
