Basically a homemade creamy, buttery and cheesy garlic flavored bread recipe. it is typically served as appetizer or starters before having a full course meal.

Ingredients
1/4CupWarm Milk
1tbspSugar
1tspActive Yeast
1CupWhole Wheat Flour
1/4tspSalt
1/2tspOregano
1/2tspChilli flakes
2 -4tbspWater
Oil
1/2tbspSoften butter
1/2tbspMelted butter
1tbspCrushed garlic
1/2CupMozzarella Cheese
Instructions
GARLIC DOUGH RECIPE:
Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take warm milk, dry yeast and sugar. mix well.
Rest for 5 minutes.
Add pinch of salt, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic and 1/2 tbsp soften butter
Add oregano and wheat flour .start to knead the dough.
Coat the dough with oil and rest for 2 hours.
GARLIC BREAD RECIPE:
Punch the dough.
In a small bowl mix in 1 tbsp melted butter, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic and some oregano.
Dust with dry flour on flat surface, flatten it with your hand and give it the shape.
Spread the prepared garlic butter over the dough generously.
Top with mozzarella cheese on half of the dough.
Fold the dough and seal the edges.
Make marks over bread without cutting them fully.
Brush generous amount of prepared garlic butter. also top with chili flakes.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 F for 15 minutes.
Cut the garlic bread into pieces and serve.
Notes
Use warm water or milk to soak yeast. Make sure to rest the dough for minimum of 2 hours. Knead the dough well else garlic bread will turn hard and chewy. Cheesy garlic bread taste great when served hot.
