Wraps are so portable and convenient, perfect for a healthy and light meal and you can eat them cold or hot. I prefer to use all the ingredients hot and add the tempeh hot, but they’re always delicious.

Ingredients
For the tempe masala
4OuncesTempeh
2tbspFrankie masala or Taco seasoning
1/2cupGreen peppersSliced
1/2CupOnionsSliced
1/2CupSweet corn
2tbspOil
Salt to taste
For wrap
3Wraps/tortillas/chapathi
1tbspMayoEggless
2 or 3tbspChopped onion
Instructions
Tempe Masala
Cut the tempe into 1 inch slices.
Take a steamer add water and boil.
Transfer the tempe pieces into steamer basket. Place the basket into steamer.
Steam the tempe pieces on medium heat for 5mins on oneside and flip into another side and steam for another 5 more mins.
Take the tempe into plate.
Add 1 tbsp of oil to fry pan, add steamed tempe into the fry pan.
Fry on medium heat on both sides or until tempe is golden. Keep them aside.
Add 1 tbsp of oil to fry pan.
Add sliced onion, green peppers and corn.
Fry on medium heat for 2 - 3 mins. Do not over cook the veggies it should be crunchy.
Add 2 tbsp of frankie masala and salt ,toss for a min. Keep them aside.
Making Wraps
Take the chapathi/tortilla/wrap
Add 1 tbsp eggless mayonnaise and spread uniformly.
Add 1 tbsp prepared veggie stuffing and spread slightly.
Now add 1 tbsp prepared tempe stuffing and spread slightly.
Again add mayo and chopped onions.
Now roll tight without allowing the stuffing to come out.
Tuck the ends make it well secured.
Serve hot ....
Notes
Tofu are also a great choice instead of the tempeh.(If you are using tofu, no need to steam, just fry until golden) Use any leafy greens you want.For Spicy i have mix 1 tbsp mayo and 1 tbsp red chili . I have spread this sauce on chapathi. If you don't want spicy you can spread only mayo.
