Mango Chia Seed Pudding
Creamy mango chia pudding. This perfectly sweet and delicious pudding and so healthy it doubles as breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

cup
coconut milk
3/4
cup
oat milk

tbsp
chia seeds

tbsp
maple syrup
1/4
tsp
vanilla essence
1 1/2
cup
mango
chopped
Instructions
Take 1 cup coconut milk in mixing bowl
add 1/4 cup oat milk
add maple syrup and vanilla essence
add chia seeds. mix well
Refrigerate for 3 hrs.
after 3 hrs mix well, thick and soft.
add remaning 1/2 cup chilled oat milk and mix well. adjust the consistency to add more or less milk.
take 1 1/2 cup chopped mango pieces into blender.
blend into smooth puree.
Serve into layers of chia mixture and mango puree.
garnish with mango pieces.

Notes
we can use any milk like normal milk or almond milk.
in place of mango we can also use any fruit as you like.
