Way 1 :
10Mini sweet peppers
1tbspButter
1tbspGarlic powder
1tbspMixed herbs
SaltAs per taste
2tbspJalapeno
1cupPaneergrated
1/2cupParamesan cheese
1/2cupMozzarella cheese

Instructions
METHOD: WAY 1
In a mixing bowl, add butter, garlic powder, mixed herbs and salt .Mix well
Then add Jalapeno, paneer , parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.
Mix well and keep aside.
Take mini peppers and cut the one edge and remove the seeds.
Stuff the mixture and press it slightly .
Put the peppers for skewers and coat with oil.
Bake 400 F for 10 -12 mins.
Serve hot with any sauce.
METHOD : WAY 2
Slice the mini peppers into half and remove the seeds
In a mixing bowl, add grated paneer, mozzarella cheese, Mixed herbs, garlic powder, salt and pizza sauce.
Mix well and make sure everything combined well.
Stuff the mixture into mini peppers and top with veggies (olives, chopped capsicum)
Bake at 400 F for 6- 8 mins. or until cheese melts completely.
