Instructions
Preparation
Coarsely grind Green beans and carrots. Keep aside.
Coarsely grind capsicum and keep aside
Method
Heat butter in a pan sauté onion and garlic ginger paste.
Add tomato purée, veggies, Paneer and dry spices mix it well let it cook for 3 minutes.
Now pour some water, cover with lid and allow it cook for another five minutes on medium flame and keep it aside.
In a baking tray or vessel, spread the prepared veg keema and top it with grated cheese. Bake it for 8 minutes at 350 F. And Broil for 2 mins
Garnish with chilli flakes.
Serve hot with chapati or Roti
