BLUEBERRY FROZEN YOGURT | 5-MINUTES BLUEBERRY YOGURT with detailed photo and video recipe – Blueberry frozen yogurt is stunning vibrant color summer dessert that you want to dive in headfirst. This slightly tangy, sweet blueberry frozen yogurt is great summer treat that you can serve for breakfast or dessert. Completely guilt-free, low fat and without any processed sugar!
Blueberry is a very popular berry which is low in calories but high in fiber, Vitamin C and Vitamin K. The fiber in blueberries helps lower the cholesterol level in the blood and supports heart health. They are very very seasonal and regional. But I never miss a chance to grab it whenever I get it. Sometimes they taste too sour. But mostly they taste awesome. They are rich in antioxidants. So too too good for health.
During the summer when they’re in season, I can’t get enough of them. I’ll buy baskets of blueberries just for me to eat, all by myself. No guilt. No justification needed (though if you do need a reason, they’re great for your brain and are considered a superfood).
Three ingredients and super simple to throw together, this blueberry frozen yogurt is a sweet treat that you can have for breakfast or dessert!
Who knew frozen yogurt could be so easy to make at home, without an ice cream maker? This healthy treat has been my go-to this summer. I love how refreshing it is and seriously… way too simple.
With this blueberry frozen yogurt recipe, you can use either fresh or frozen blueberries, though you might want to lean to the frozen as you are going to freeze them anyway, and the frozen berries are usually cheaper.
I can already see myself making a bunch more variations of this recipe, but let’s start with this one!
