How to make Egg masala chaat with detailed step by step :
1.Boil the eggs until hard boiled.
2. Now peel them and slice them into half.
3. Take a fry pan, add oil to hot pan.
4. Now add red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric and salt. Mix well and fry for 1 min.
5. Arrange the sliced egg and fry on medium heat for 2 -3 min until golden.
6. Arrange the Fried sliced eggs on the serving plate.
7. Drizzle green chutney on top.
8. Top with chopped onion and Sprinkle chaat masala
9. Garnish with fresh coriander and some lemon juice
10. And finally top with sev and serve immediately.
