Little Millet Soup | Vegetable Little Millet Soup
Trying out varies possibilities and varieties that can be made from the gluten free stuff millet’s. I enjoyed the nuttiness of the millet’s with every bite and the soup was so refreshing.

Instructions
Wash and soak little millet for 30 mins.
Add soaked millet to pressure cooker with 1 cup of water.
Pressure cook for 3 whistles.
Open the lid and add ½ cup water, mix well with masher. Keep aside.
Take oil to deep pan.
Add chopped garlic and fry for a min.
Add chopped veggies and salt. Cook for a 5 mins on low heat.
Add ½ water and cooked millet. Mix well.
Add pepper powder, parsley, basil and salt.
Mix well , cook for 2 mins.
Garnish with coriander leaves and spring onion.
Serve hot with bread .
Notes
We can use any vegetables in this . And millet also we use any type of millet or we can also use mixed millets too.
