Nowadays am trying out varies possibilities and varieties that can be made from the gluten free stuff millet’s. One such try is this soup which I made it yesterday and it surprisingly turned out to be a healthy vegetable soup. I enjoyed the nuttiness of the millet’s with every bite and the soup was so refreshing.
As the name suggest you will get all the nutrition value (proteins, vitamins and minerals etc….) in this soup which includes millets and mixed veggies. This will definitely serves you a wholesome meal of your day.
This is a very simple dish, one that can be had as a soup! Just adjust the consistency and have it as a thick porridge for breakfast or as a thin soup.
I have cooked millet in pressure cooker. You can add vegetables of your choice

How to make Little Millet Soup with Step by Step :
1.Wash and soak little millet for 30 mins
2.Add soaked millet to pressure cooker with 1 cup of water.
3.Pressure cook for 3 whistles.
4.Open the lid and add ½ cup water, mix well with masher. Keep aside
5.Take oil to deep pan
6.Add chopped garlic and fry for a min
7.Add chopped veggies and salt. Cook for a 5 mins on low heat
8.Add ½ water and cooked millet. Mix well.
9.Add pepper powder, parsley, basil and salt.
10.Mix well , cook for 2 mins.
11.Garnish with coriander leaves and spring onion.
12.Serve hot with bread .
