How to make Ragi Idly with Step by Step :
1.Soak Urad dal in enough water for 5 hours.
2.Soak idly rava in another bowl for 2 hours.
3.Soak Ragi rava in another bowl for 5 hour.
1.Dain the water from urad dal and grind to a smooth paste.Use little water if required.
2.Transfer to a mixing bowl
3.Drain the water from Idly rava and add it in the urad dal batter.
4.Drain the water from ragi rava and add it in the urad dal batter.
6.Place the mixture in a warm place for 8-10 hours to ferment.
7.The mixture will double in size after it is properly fermented.
8.Add salt in the mixture and mix well.
9.Grease idly plates and fill with the batter.
10.Steam for 10-12 minutes.
11.Serve hot with coconut or tomato chutney
