TIKKA MASALA PASTA | TIKKA PASTA IN INSTANTPOT with detailed photo and video recipe – Here’s a new fusion recipe of pasta made with Indian spices and tomato sauce….Tikka Masala Pasta! Fusion recipes can be a little challenging because you take on the task of getting the perfect complementing tastes across different cuisines.
I chose this flavor for my fusion recipe because Tikka masala is one of the popular flavorings and easy to prepare gravy in north Indian cuisine. Tikka Masala is a tomato-based gravy specially prepared to accompany Tikkas (Tandoori Marinated Chicken or Paneer). But for this recipe today, I am preparing this to pair with pasta. As a one-pot Instant Pot recipe, cooking with Pasta is just what you need when you are busy home-schooling kids or working from home.
This Indian fusion tikka masala pasta is cooked in a tomato sauce and can be ready from scratch in less than 20 minutes. I used spiral pasta for this recipe, but you are pretty much free to use any kind you have.
