Here we’re making a quick and easy kale salad recipe, perfect for the weather we’ve been having lately! It works especially well because I’ve been trying to incorporate as many iron-rich foods as possible in my diet.



I have used cubed paneer, corn, cucumber, onions and cherry tomatoes. I have fried paneer, kale and corn to give nice tasty. In place of paneer we can also use chick peas for crunchy and also we can use walnuts too.

How to make Kale Salad with Step by Step :
1.Heat a pan add oil



2.Add cubed paneer and fry for 3 mins. Keep them aside



3.In the same pan add chopped kale and salt



4.Saute for 3 mins and keep them aside
5.In the same pan add sweet corn



6.Fry until golden and keep them aside
7.Take large mixing bowl, add chopped onion



8.Add halves cherry tomatoes



9.Add finely chopped yellow peppers



10.Add black beans



11.Add fried paneer



12.Add fried sweet corn



13.Add chopped cucumber



14.Add chopped avacodo (Half)



15.Add sauted kale



16.Add apple cider vinegar



17.Add salt



18.Add lemon juice
