Here we’re making a quick and easy kale salad recipe, perfect for the weather we’ve been having lately! It works especially well because I’ve been trying to incorporate as many iron-rich foods as possible in my diet.

I have used cubed paneer, corn, cucumber, onions and cherry tomatoes. I have fried paneer, kale and corn to give nice tasty. In place of paneer we can also use chick peas for crunchy and also we can use walnuts too.

1.Heat a pan add oil
