In this recipe i have made its so creamy, i have whisk for 2 times. That is i have freeze the ice cream for 3 hrs and again i whisk for 2 mins. If you do double whisk it will become creamy and its so tasty.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar powdered
  • 2 1/2 cups mango pulp

Instructions 

  • In a large bowl take 2 cup thickened cream(heavy whipping cream).
  • Beat for 2 minutes until soft peak.
  • add 3/4 cup powdered sugar and 2 1/2 cups mango pulp and beat or whisk for 2 minute or till stiff peaks appear.
  • transfer the prepared mixture into freezer safe jar.
  • cover with the lid and freeze for 3 hours .
  • Remove the box and beat or whisk again for 2 minutes or till the mixture turns creamy.
  • cover with the lid and freeze for 8 hours or till it sets completely.
  • now dip the ice cream scooper in warm water and scoop ice cream.
  • Serve mango ice cream scoops garnished with chopped nuts.
