How to make Omelette Pizza with Step by Step
- In a mixing bowl, add eggs, chili flakes and salt.
2. Beat well and keep them aside.
3. In a deep Fry pan, add oil.
4. Add whisked egg mixture.
5. Now add bread slices on top of the egg .
6. Cook on low flame. Until bottom of the egg mixture should be cooked fully
7. Once bottom of egg mixture is cooked completely flip over to bread side and switch off the flame.
8. Apply pizza sauce evenly on top of the cooked egg mixture
9. Add mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning
10. Add veggies on top .
11. Covered the lid and cook on low flame until cheese melts.
12. Remove the lid and turn off the heat.
13. Transfer to a plate.
14. Cut it with help the pizza cutter.
