How to make Vegetable Cutlet with step by step :
Preparation
1.Steam or boil veggies until fork tender.
Method:
1.Add the boiled veggies to mixing bowl.
2.Mash them well
3.Add ginger, red chili powder, coriander powder, chat masala, amchur powder, garam masala , coriander leaves and poha powder.
4.Mix every thing well to make a smooth dough. If needed, add more bread crumbs or poha powder to make it non sticky dough.
How to make Cutlets
1.Dived the cutlet dough into small portions.
2.Grease the palms with oil. Roll the dough to balls.
3.Then flatten them gently and make thick patties.
4.In another plate add bread crumbs for the crispy crust. Set aside.
5.Add corn flour to a bowl. Pour water just enough to make a slightly thin batter.
6.Next dip the cutlet into batter on both sides.
7.Then place on the bread crumbs. Gently coat them with the crumbs all over.
8.Place them back on plate. Repeat for remaining.
Frying the cutlets:
1.Heat 4 tsp of oil to wide fry pan.
2.When the oil is hot, gently place the cutlets in pan.
3.Fry them on both the sides until golden and crisp.
4.Serve veg cutlet with any chutney or sauce.
