Asparagus is kind of vegetable that I would recommend to keep it little crunchy just like we do for capsicum. I mean, not to cook it till get mushy.

How to make Asparagus Indian Style Fry with step by step :
1.Break or cut off the woody ends of the asparagus stalk. Wash it and chop it into small pieces. You can use the tender buds also.
2. Heat oil in a pan
3. Add the chopped asparagus and salt needed.
4. cook covered on low flame for 10 mins. It takes very less time to get cooked. Take care not to over cook.
5. Just for fry until tender, asparagus should retain crunchiness.
6. Add red chili powder, curry leaves and sesame seeds spice powder. Mix well.
7. Once done, switch off the heat.
8. Serve as a side dish for Sambar rice, rasam rice or curd rice.
